I have a multi-site setup with a network admin.
The problem I am having is we are creating other sites under the network:
Ex. We have sites for all the schools, then the teachers are creating sites for their classrooms.
The way we were creating the users was to make the teachers be subscribers to the school site, then they could create their own site and they would be an admin to the site they create (ex. Mr. Browns class). The problem is they need to be able to change theme options and also be able to activate a plugin. We have a google plugin that cant be activated as a network plugin so some cant use it unless we can give them access to the plugin menu to activate it...
Any help is appreciated.
