Multisite or subdirectory for local business

Hello WordPress forums!

First of all love WordPress and as well searched for this solution but have not found anything that could help with the situation we are having.

Our question is as follows for our local business website (Yolo Boat Rentals).

We have multiple locations in state of Florida and we made separate page for locations and sub-pages nesting under the location page.

We are trying to figure out if we should enable Multi-site option and use the other city’s as sud-domains with a separate site in Multi-site setup. Question is if that is the best solution as for seo ranking purposes as well or just leave it as single site install with sub-directory setup?

Any insights on this matter be really appreciated kindly! 🙂
