I’m attempting to build a WordPress site, using the plugin Wishlist for membership management. The site is for a property management company. The company manages 5 properties and wants a separate blog for each property. A user (resident) will go to the homepage, which will be a non-blog, static page. They will register (through Wishlist plugin) and indicate which property they live in. If they indicate that they live in Property 1, they will only have access to the Property 1 blog page. Only the “Property 1” link will appear in the nav, and the links to the other property pages will not be displayed. This page will contain messages and content only about Property 1.
My question is: Can this be done using a single WordPress site, or must I use multisite? I
