Multisite or add only a page?

I am planning to build a site where user can register and also they can have their own profile page after they have registered. I planned to do this ->

Also, I planned to make my site to be a multisite. But I really do have a little information on working with multisite.

Anyway, the content of the profile page includes the uploads such as tracks. Also other user can comment on their uploads. They can also edit their profile information such as username, avatar or profile picture, and descriptions for themselves.
