 * I have to sites joined by multisite on wpengine:
    main [https://dglofox.wpengine.com/](https://dglofox.wpengine.com/)–
where all works perfectly, and subsite [https://dglofox.wpengine.com/blog/](https://dglofox.wpengine.com/blog/)–
   where plugin not works
 * And strange thing, the file from theme folder converted to webp [https://i.imgur.com/kM4zXC5.png](https://i.imgur.com/kM4zXC5.png)

while all others files from uploads folder are remain the same [https://i.imgur.com/vKLWCFY.png](https://i.imgur.com/vKLWCFY.png)(
sorry for transparent tooltip, it hides while I press screenshot hotkeys) it’s
look like subsite can access only files from theme folder, and can not access
from “uploads” subsite folder. Maybe because it “separate” [https://i.imgur.com/gmbj3P1.png](https://i.imgur.com/gmbj3P1.png).
And or plugin not processing this path or rules not valid. The rules tech support
are setting up from wpengine article [https://wpengine.com/support/webp-image-optimization/](https://wpengine.com/support/webp-image-optimization/)
 * Can you give some advice what’s I doing worng? Guys from wp engine supports thinks
the rules are ok and suggest I’ll write to you about this. Thanks!

 * I have experienced the same situation in a multisite (in this case, domain-based,
not subfolder) hosted in WP Engine. The main site somehow works but images in
subsites can’t be reached appropriately. I have tried different configurations
with mode, redirector, etc., but none worked.

 * Will wait for plugin developer’s answer then, maybe 2 similar cases is enough
to attract his attention to the problem.
