Multisite on localhost

    hi

    When I install multisite on WP3.5 localhost it shows following error:
    Server error!

    The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the

    server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
    Error 500
    127.0.0.1

    What should I do? Please help.
