MultiSite Network Activation fails

    If the plugin is activated network-wide, it only inserts the database table for the root site, instead of all sites. The user has to manually activate the plugin on each individual site in order for the database table to be created.

    Also, it’s be nice to have a single Options page if the plugin is activated network-wide, instead of having to duplicate the settings on each individual site.
