It seems that the login lockdown feature tries to access individual tables for each multisite blog, isn’t this is supposed to work off of one table for the main site. I don’t see that any of the individual blog table sets get any of the aiowps database tables, just the main site. Once you have done that, can you check the error log file again. This is a multisite with 140 sites on it. It seems the plugin removes the setup when you de-activate it. The individual sites have configured login urls. On multisite, do the individual sites save the login url rewrites to the main site’s database tables?
