Multisite Links

Hi there;

First up, the plugin is ace, so far no other plugin compatibility issues even though we are using over 100 on our network 🙂

However, on a multisite system there is a small issue in that the top admin bar links are still set to the old admin URL. It’s not a biggy, just a bit annoying when trying to navigate. I’m guessing you could probably hook a menu re-write function onto $wp_toolbar but I haven’t actually had time to look into yet…
