multisite language switcher no longer working – no access to subdomain

    Hello, i am not sure when this happened, perhaps it was when i updated to WordPress 3.9.2 but i am not sure…
    Everything was working fine and set up fine, i was able to switch between yeswearestars.gr ( main site ) and english.yeswearestars.gr ( which i also use domain mapping to name yeswearestars.com ) using the language switcher no problem..
    Now however i cannot. I can switch from the subdomain english.yeswearestars.gr to the main one yeswearestars.gr but NOT the other way around…
    Do you have any idea how i can fix this? i don’t know where to even begin.. Also, mysteriously, my header slider stopped working on my english.yeswearestars.gr website but works fine on my main one… Just for some extra info…
    I have no idea at all where these problems could be originating from…. perhaps it has nothing to do with the multisite language switcher – but i figured that someone here would be able to at least point me in the right direction… I have also posted this under plugins and hacks and will update and/or close each thread as necessary….

    english.yeswearestars.gr doesn’t exist in DNS.

    Hello Ipstenu, thank you for your reply..
    You have lost me, I am sorry I don’t even know what DNS is, what do you mean it doesn’t exist in DNS and how do i rectify this? Is this something I need to do or my webhosts? thank you…

    ok, got it Ipstenu, i just fixed this in my control panel with the help of my webhost and now it is all working fine.. I have no idea how or why it stopped existing in DNS because i certainly did not delete any subdomains there and haven’t been in my control panel for months so… In any case, I set up the subdomain there again and it is working… thank you so much for your help…
