@lonewolf95665 I’m not sure if you’re receiving our emails, but looking back I can see that there were several tickets in the past that our support team has replied within 1 day, and another ticket from yesterday that was replied to within 12 hours.
If you’re not getting the emails from us, could you check your spam folder or try using another email address?

Please feel free to post more information here as well, and we’d be happy to help you solve any issues 🙂
Good morning. Thank you for your reply and willingness to help. It is much appreciated.
I have check the spam settings and they are rather relaxed. I also check the junk folder and do not see any emails from the team in there.
But, yes, I did received a couple of emails. Now, the questions becomes how to start all over again. How do I proceed?
Do I purchase the pro plugins and then setup “another” ticket letting them know that it crashes my multisite, grant them admin access and ftp?
Thank you for your assistance Brian. Much appreciated

Hi again!
Does the free version still crash your site? If so, I’d like to start from there. Are you getting a specific error, or just a blank screen?
Try enabling debug mode to see if anything comes up:
- Edit wp-config.php
- Look for
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
- Change this to `define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
Let me know what happens when you activate the plugin, I’d like to help get to the bottom of this.
Did you mean change to define ( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
Once I confirm I will test.
Thank you once again.

Ah, my mistake! Yep, set it to:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
Let me know how you go.
