Multisite Installation, one New User's Membership Synced across All Sites

Hi, if I’m using the PM Pro Plus and install one of the Pro add-ons to allow Network Membership, is it allowed to do this :

One of the Sub-Site (not root site) in the Network is the only site where New Users can be registered. This site also allows them to purchase Membership Plans. And also this site is the only site that expired users can re-purchase/renew their membership plans.

I had installed Sync Users across whole network plugin. So any new users registered is synced across ALL networks, allowing them to login other sub-sites using the same user account.

Can their Membership Plans synced across the whole network as well? I’m installing PMPro on all sites.

If they logged-in ANY of these network sites, can they still see their Membership Status page in any of these sites?

In Site A, only members can access certain pages
Site B, only members can access certain products (or allowed to view the Add to Cart & purchase ability)
Site C, restrict Custom Post Types and certain Menu links.
