I have two separate websites hosted in a shared hosting account on GoDaddy. I set up my primary domain name (http://praticapartners.com/) and installed wordpress several years ago. I recently set up a new website as a secondary domain (http://tomorrowslemonadestand.com/). As part of this site, I want to allow users to set up subdomains (ex, http://jane.tomorrowslemonadestand.com/). In order to do this, I installed wordpress multisite on the second domain. I was able to successfully install multisite on the second domain, but when I try to create new subdomain sites, they all go to my primary domain (http://praticapartners.com/).

My question is: how can I make it so that new subdomains of tomorrowslemonadestand.com do not load praticapartners.com, but rather a fresh subdomain site of tomorrowslemonadestand.com? I think my problem is caused by the fact that this multisite install is on a secondary domain rather than the primary domain. Is there a workaround for this or do I need to set tomorrowslemonadestand.com as the primary domain?
