Multisite Hidden Login Area Issue

    Hi,

    We have set up a WordPress Multisite with iThemes Security installed and have hidden the login area so we’re not using /wp-admin.

    The problem we have is when we’re on one site and switch to the other and need to log in again. The dashboard tried to take us to domain.com/wp-admin instead of our custom login URL, so then it goes to a 404 page because that /wp-admin URL shouldn’t be accessible.

    Do you know if there’s a fix for this?

    @jakary

    This is probably the same (known) issue as described in this topic.

    It looks like this is a MultiSite Sub-domains type specific issue.

    I cannot reproduce the issue in a MultiSite Sub-folders type install.
    Note all the wp-admin slugs work from the My Sites drop down menu even though a different and hidden slug is defined using the iTSec plugin Hide Backend feature.
