Multisite Google-Authentication not working

I have a multisite installation and I all the GA account were manually entered, now I want to use the dashboard I need to authenticate all my accounts – site by site – but when I try it, it doesn’t work.
Everytime I try to authenticate an account, after click “allow” I get returned to the main site of my WP-MU. So, is not possible to save changes on each individual site.
Seems that it only works on the main site, but also when I unselect the “manually enter your GA code” option and then I save changes, seems that this options never get saved and it’s showed as selected again.
