    Hi there,

    I have a premium account but my support queries have either not been sent or replied too. (over 6 days) I suspect some delivery issue rather than being ignored – so I am trying on here.

    We are running a multisite configuration with all the websites needing the same configuration. I have set the plugin up in our root website.

    for example: domainname.co.uk

    Then I am looking to have the same settings on domainname.co.uk/locationname

    and my other 45 sites.

    I am running the premium plugin with a legal license purchased from your website. (1.0.3) and the base plugin

    Your website FAQs says:  For multisite networks, the protection will apply to the network as a whole, and the dashboard and options will be available to Network Administrators.

    I was expecting to see a dashboard on the Network Admin section of my website but there is no such panel.

    Can you please help?

    Unfortunately, wordpress.org rules do not allow their forums to be used by us for paid software. But you will find more details on the support website – or you can raise a support ticket which should be replied to in 24 hrs

    you can raise a support ticket which should be replied to in 24 hrs if valid email is please cross-check.

    I have just done so – but this is the third time sending a support ticket through your website. The previous two I never got an email back.

    Good afternoon. I’ve had no reply which suggests to me that the replies are not getting to me.

    I will try a different email – but this is the fourth time of trying and I am now 9 days on from contacting you the first time. I am pretty patience but clearly something needs to be improved in your support system.

    The website has no means of telling me what the ticket number is and I have no idea if you are replying to me, when I send an enquiry I don’t get a confirmation email or anything.

    If i don’t get a further response I will move to another provider. Which is a shame as the software seems great.
