Multisite error

Plugin does not show on list of plugins. Just 4
Askimet/GoDaddyQuickSetup/Hello dolly/Jetpack by WordPress.com

and NO answers yet… 🙁

Logged into the site.
Navigated to the plugin location using the file manager.
Deleted the folder for the plugin. (wp-content / plugins)
Now the error is gone.

The GoDaddy help person said the problem was beyond their capability, however, they believed it was related to a problem with 2 admin accounts – with one not being properly setup.

– There was one master user/admin for all the multisites.
– There was one specific site user/admin for one of the sites.
