Multisite – EM using table of another site

Hi,
I migrated my events from a single site to a multisite instance of WP. It took some fiddling with the DB as the WP exporter/importer messed it all up, so I could not use that. My current problem is that the EM plugin on a site using wp_5_ tables looks for some data to wp_ tables that belong to another site. The think that does not work is adding locations to event. Events are there, locations are there but when I look in the location settings, an entry from the wrong DB table is shown there and thus no location is found. When I temporarily deleted the corresponding entry from the wrong DB table, it started working (the plugin used the entry from the correct table) but when I put it back, it again tried to use the row with the same ID from the incorrect table.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or if there’s some setting messed up but I have no clue what to do with it anyway. Any help would be appreciated.
