• Is it possible to publish the same content on website+subdomains at a time? I’m thinking to a multilanguage site, but I should introduce (most of) the content just one time

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, I have done something similar. If you only want to use those subdomains for different languages you should use wpml. https://wpml.org/

I had the problem I needed the same content on 3 sites with different branding, here is how I achieved that:

Create main page: made a page with neutral branding and wrote all posts the way I want it in the end

Plugin “NS Cloner – Site Copier”: copy the main page and rename it to the brand name

Customize branding on all individual pages

Plugin “Multisite Post Duplicator”: in “Posts” select all posts and copy them by multiple action to all pages

Edit all posts and create a “link” to all subpages, this can be done in the menu on the right side of the screen when editing a post under “Post”->”MSD create link”, this will apply changes to the main post on all pages

I need a solution completely free, wpml is not free. I dont want to depend on 3rd parties for foreigner languages. I have loco translate which could be a solution for the labels, but what about the titles and the descriptions of each post (apartment)?

Most of the translation plugins to do that are premium (they may have some free features but generally you gotta pay). This is because, as you may have noticed, this is hard to do!

LocoTranslate probably won’t help since they expressly don’t do posts – https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/translating-posts

So really it’s either find a plugin/3rd party you can live with/afford, or manually copy all the pages per language to multiple sites on a network, which sounds incredibly tedious..
