 * Each site in wp multisite has it’s own wp_posts and wp_postsmeta tables with
the site id in the table name as a prefix
now if I want to use the same post
across 10 sites the post would be duplicated 10 times in wp_posts and wp_postsmeta
   tables.
 * I’m not sure if this is a good solution
 * would it be possible to code posts template page that would pull posts from wp_posts
table from another site in the multisite network?

 * Have you looked at a plugin like this one: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/multisite-post-duplicator/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/multisite-post-duplicator/)
