Multisite confusion – is it right for me?

Hey all, I’ve seen a lot of conflicting scenarios as to whether or not Multisite is right for me. I have a main site that contains all of the plugins and theme I want to use on 3 other sites. The only thing that would be different on the various sites is the blog content itself – even the pages in the navigation would be the same.
