We will investigate but first please confirm that it works on your installation with default WordPress theme and no other plugins activated?
Ok, I network deactivated most of my plugins and created a new site using the default template. I didn’t want to deactivate the following ones.
The behavior is still there unfortunately. Shows all the widgets available but doesn’t show any regions. The page does have a column.

It is just a test so you can deactivate them all except our plugin to test.
I deactivated everything except Shibboleth which is our custom authentication. I won’t be able to login if I disable this – I don’t know if I will stay logged in. Tried to set a password so I could use local auth but it sends me to our internal single sign on password change page. I don’t want to get locked out.
Problem still happening.
So, we have (just) tested with multisite, it is compatible, so you can use it.
From what I see here, may be you have not set it up at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=pw-settings
(Page Widgets / Page Widgets)
So let me know if you checked your sidebars there.
omg. I’m so sorry. You were right.
That’s OK (and closing). Enjoy!
