Multisite Compatible?

We get an error on the plugin’s setup page:

ERROR – Folder could not be opened: blah/wp-content/uploads/

Looking to the code, we note you hardcode /uploads/, in multisite this would be /blogs.dir/{blogid}/ ?
codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_upload_dir ?

We are wondering therefore if this plugin has been tested in a WordPress Multi-site install, and if it is compatible?
