Multisite blogs slug?

Hi everyone,

I have seen a lot of forum posts on how to remove the blogs slug on wordpress multisite but I can not find one post that tells me how to put the blogs slug in, can anyone help??

The reason I want it in place, is because when a member tries to create a blog they get redirected to domain.com/blogs/create/ but there is no domain.com/blogs/ and if I search (google) domain.com/blogs/ I get diverted to error 404 page (my host error page) can anyone help me?
