Ok - we have a major problem here. I'm getting very poor support from ignitewoo
The support forum is basically dead. I've only got 1 very unhelpful response after publicly calling them out here. They changed my support request from public to private after my post above.
Still no response to my first request after almost a week. Submitted 5 days ago

The only response they gave me was to my 'share by email' support request which they suggested I needed an email client installed. Of course I have one installed - most people do, so this was very unhelpful.

and then gave an example of where I use similar script which works with my email client and suggested a work around.

I notice another customer has received no response after 6 weeks.
Who else can can share their experience of this developer.
