# multisite and plugin probs

 * various problems with this site since i took over!!!
    1. limit blogs per user
   not working even though it is set to 1 blog. In the ‘my site’ section they can
   still create several blogs.
 * 2. cets_blog topics not giving option of topics on signup.
 * 3. Edit tagline plugin not showing on signup.
 * when you intially register and create a blog these options do not appear, but
   when you go to the ‘my site’ and ‘create a blog’ (which you should not be able
   to do) you get the option to edit tagline and select blog topics!!!!
