# Multisite and Login Problem – Help Please!

 * I have 3 sites:
 * site1.co.uk
    new.site1.co.uk site2.co.uk
 * site1 and new.site1 are configured as multisite
    site2 is hosted on the same 
   cloud server with the same IP
 * There are 9 plug-in updates pending on site2 but when I try to go there, it takes
   me to site1 where there are none to update.
    Can anyone help me please – I am
   pulling my hair out! Many thanks.

 * Sounds like your sites are not configured properly. Were they working before?
   If so, what changed to break it?

 * Thanks – I moved from a legacy cPanel server to cloud hosting with the same host.
   The host then made a copy from site1 to site2. How do I re-configure the setup?

 * Do you know how they copied site1 to site2? You cannot just copy the WP files/
   folders unless you keep the same hostname. If you change the hostname, you have
   to modify the database and the wp-config.php

 * That was it! wp-config still showing multisite and subdomain – all fixed now.
