 * Hi, I’ve been banging my head on this for ages now. Have searched and searched
for a solution, now hoping you guys can help.
 * I have activated Multisite on my WordPress installation with the domain mysite.
com. I’ve then set up a new subdomain site, en.mysite.com, which works fine in
front and backend. I’ve then installed the MU Domain Mapping plugin and gone
through the steps to map en.mysite.com to myotherdomain.com. However, when I
try to access myotherdomain.com in my browser I just get a screen saying “Apache
   is functioning normally”.
 * This whole WordPress installation is set up on a testing server provided by my
hosting company and I have had to add the IP of the testing server to my hosts
file to be able to preview the site on my machine. I have also entered the IP
of the testing server in Server IP Address field of the Domain Mapping Configuration
page, which I’m not sure was the correct thing to do or not. I’m also wondering
if the domain mapping isn’t working because myotherdomain.com is already active
   on our live server.
 * I hope you can possibly see where I’m going wrong. I’ll try to explain more clearly
if there’s anything confusing in what I’ve written. Thanks in advance!

 * Okay. This is _NOT_ something you did wrong in WP. Don’t worry about that yet.
 * A mapped domain, outside of WordPress, should be pointing to the mysite.com location.
So how did you add the myotherdomain.com domain to your host? Was it an add-on
   or a parked domain?
