Does this error occur every time you try to save a snippet?

Yes, and only in the network page. It works fine on other site pages.

    Hey Shea,

Is there a possibility that the network activate feature is not working on WP sites running on Nginx with the nginx helper plugin?

I’ve create a local dev site and have all the network activated plugins activated as I do on my production site, and I’m able to network activate code snippets. The only difference is that my local dev environment is running apache.

    Thanks,
    Helms

I don’t use nginx in development or production, so this would explain why I have never seen this bug before. I’ll spin up a nginx VM and test the plugin on there to see if I can reproduce the bug.

I set up a new nginx server with multisite, installed the Code Snippets and Nginx plugins, and tried adding a network snippet, and received no error whatsoever. Perhaps there is a problem with the wp_ms_snippets database table? If the problem persists, you could try reinstalling the plugin.

I should have tried that first!
It works fine after I re-installed it. Thanks for your help.
