    Is there anyone who able to use it on multisite? Looks like the plugin is not compatible with multisite installation.

    Hello @cedriclajato,

    Did you try the free version or the Pro one?
    Please mention the issues you have faced. We will try to fix those as soon as possible.

    Hi Sekander,

    Looks like your plugin doesn’t support multisite. It will only show on main but not on subsite even though it is network wide activated.

    I am using free and pro and still not working on multisite.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    Cedric

    In case of the pro version, you have to enter the license key on each subsite. But the free version should appear.

    We are suspecting some sort of conflict on your website. We will appreciate if you can check for theme and plugin conflicts and make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress, PHP, and MySQL or MariaDB.

    If you are using the latest version of everything and unable to find any conflict, then we need to check the configuration on your website. In that case, please send an email to support at themeum.com

    Yes, I have the same issue. I fixed it by modifying their plugin.

    Hello @andyliao,

    The plugins you buy at Themeum.com are called ‘premium plugins’ (even if Premium isn’t in its name) and include a complete year of free updates and premium support.

    This means you can send us an email any time with questions about the setup and basic use of your purchased plugin.

    @cedriclajato,
    If you fixed this issue, you can share your experience.
