    Hello,

I am trying to install two WordPress sites on one VPS host (Ubuntu 18.04)
I found this guide https://www.atlantic.net/vps-hosting/set-up-multiple-wordpress-sites-on-single-vps/ thing is guide is failing at 2nd step while i try instal php7.2-mcrypt – this package is no longer supported apparently.

Anyone maby know some valid guide, i am bit tired already coz before i rolled to ubuntu i were fighting on CentOS almost got to last point of guide but apparently guide was outdated becouse centOS supports only PHP 5.6.2 meanwhile WordPress require newer version.

    Sorry for bad english.
    Thank you!

What I did was find a cheap cloud-based VPS at someplace like SkySilk. I think mine was $1.00 each per month.

I then used their provided Turnkey Linux Distro to build the first WordPress and then converted that to multisite but the CP that comes with the Turnkey Linux did offer Addon Domains which is what you are doing.

So, take a look at Bitnami and Turnkey for working distros to get your foundation built then build from there.

And the best advice I can give you would be to get the first WordPress working well then move to whatever method you wish to use to add the next WordPress.

let me note you find the solution https://dotrepository.com
