# Multiple Tickets

 * Greetings.
 * I have created one event with multiple tickets (Single occupancy, double occupancy,
   student, etc.). All of the tickets have a default of “1” and no option to select“
   0” so a registrant is automatically signed up for 5 tickets! Is this a bug in
   the program or am I using it wrong?
 * Is there an option for multiple ticket mode or some such thing?

 * hi,
 * just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to
   try the following temporarily:
 * – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this
   works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(
   s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
