Multiple T&C (required) check boxes

We need to create products with multiple T&C conditions.
A simple T&C page isn’t enough, as we need customers to explicitly agree to multiple condtions every time they make a purchace.From the customers side, it will be easiest if we could have multiple check boxes as part of the checkout process (all of which must be required fields).
What is the best way to do this?
