 * i updated the plugin to 2.0.3 (from 1.3.5) but it made all my sidebars show on
   every page with sidebar. They simply stack on top of each other creating one
   very long side bar.
    I now downgraded back to 1.3.5 to have my clients site working
   again. [http://topcall.dk](http://topcall.dk)
 * Any idea what the problem could be?

 * my sidebars are only on pages and not on posts, so there is no categories involved.

 * I am also having this problem after upgrading from 1.3.4 to 2.0.3 and to WP 3.8.
   Using Genesis / Executive theme.
 * I thought maybe the settings were lost on upgrade, but everything looks OK in
   the Sidebars assignments & the widgets, but all sidebars display instead of only
   the ones assigned to a page.
 * Any help appreciated.

 * Can you tell me the exact settings of your sidebars, e.g. in screenshots?

 * Here you go.
    I took screenshots of many pages before upgrading, so I know how
   those pages looked before the upgrade, and they were working as required, whether
   page, post or category and with any combo of sidebars. (I didn’t include them.)
 * Since upgrading, I’ve been experimenting with it for awhile, so the setup is
   a little different / simpler, but I have a better handle on what’s working and
   not.

 * Can the solution be so easy as separating the 2 into different groups? It appears
   this may be so.
 * Something in another of your responses made me consider whether everything within
   a group is “and”-ed and groups are “or”-d with each other, and to try putting
   them into separate groups (wondered what the purpose was for that!)
 * If that is so, then I can proceed with reworking my sidebars for the new and
   more flexible logic.
 * I’m glad this was a development site and not live, though…
    Thank you for considering
   my problem and for a great plugin! Carol

 * Yes, condition groups behave exactly like you describe it.
    Unfortunately some
   plugin users have to update their settings after upgrading to version 2, because
   all data was just put in one group rather than intelligently put in different
   groups (this would take too long to develop and still could not guarantee that
   it was done correctly).
