    Hey!

    Really nice plugin!

I was wondering if maybe in some next update it could be possible to add more shortcodes, for ex in this situation:

I have one post, and in this post I have a list of companies, each one has it’s own address, so it would be nice to have the ability to add multiple addresses and put each one inside the content with a shortcode.

    thanks 🙂

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.

Could you please provide the screenshot of what are you talking about. It’s hard to imagine the whole picture.

It sounds like a “Collection” field with fields for Company name and Address.
Collection has it’s own shortcode, which can print all fields inside the collection.

    Hey Alex,

So, I don’t have any screenshot here.

The things is: be able to add multiple info, each one with your own short code to include inside the content..

    Example:

    1 – A long text about a company
    [shortcode with address 1]

2 – Another long text about a company
    [shortcode with address 2]

3 – The last long text
    [shortcode with address 3]

    Make sense?

I liked the simple way the plugin works, if is possible to have an option like, it will be just perfect.

    Hi Giovani,

Very weird usage of our plugin 🙂
If you write the whole article in the editor – is it easier to just type Address without any shortcodes? If you have some specific html formatting for address – you can use our another plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/just-tinymce-styles/.

Shortcodes were added as a basic way to print the data from templates if developers are not familiar with WordPress Postmeta functions.

What I can suggest as a plugin feature – ability to print specific Collection item with a shortcode. Collections are wrappers for any repeatable fields. And printing specific item from collection maybe useful.

However it won’t be very soon. Our next releases plans are:
    – migration feature to be able to migrate from v2.3 to latest version (will be launched next week)
    – internationalization
    – google maps component
    – taxonomy custom fields support

    HAHAHAH! 🙂

The things is I need to add not just address, but tips, prices, and another info, each one with its own CSS class. So the regular user doesn’t have to worry about insert Divs and classes inside the content, just the shortcode, and with the shortcode slug I just put a style in my CSS and everything just works.

    Thanks man!

I’ve added new issue on github for this.

However don’t expect this very soon. Maybe in a few months.
