Multiple shipping method is showing in Cart page

I did the setting in the admin side same like my old products setting. But my old products are working fine and there is only shipping method showing(https://staging.bilingualnews.jp/product/%e3%83%81%e3%83%a9%e3%82%b7%e5%af%be%e7%ad%96%e3%82%b9%e3%83%86%e3%83%83%e3%82%ab%e3%83%bc%ef%bd%9canti-flyer-sticker/). Cart is showing only one shipping method and its correct. But I created a new product same way and that product in cart showing with multiple shipping methods. (https://staging.bilingualnews.jp/product/original-nekoseijin-plushie%ef%bd%9c%e3%82%aa%e3%83%aa%e3%82%b8%e3%83%8a%e3%83%ab-%e3%81%ad%e3%81%93%e6%98%9f%e4%ba%ba-%e3%81%ac%e3%81%84%e3%81%90%e3%82%8b%e3%81%bf/). This product I added to cart its showing two shipping methods.
What is the issue here?
