Multiple choice questions not work

    Hello everyone.
    I am having a problem creating multiple choice questions.
    The problem is that the response inputs are not shown when I am going to take the questionnaire.

    This is an example of the html it shows, which does not contain the values I added as possible responses:

    <input type = “hidden” name = “question_id_8289” value = “8289”>
    <input type = “hidden” name = “questions_asked []” value = “8289”>

    There is nothing after that code.

    I am on a test page, so I have it blocked for other IPs, but I can give the access credentials if necessary.
    It is the first time that I publish a support ticket, so I do not know if I can upload images that can help.

    Are you still having trouble with this?

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
