 * If the featured image for all your posts/pages are too small, then yes, you would
   have to fix that.
 * You can also provide smaller images to Google by adjusting the SSO > Image Sizes
   options, although there are downside to providing small / thumbnail images to
   Google and social sites (obviously), and there are minimum dimension and aspect
   ratios that need to be respected (especially if you offer AMP pages).

 * When you edit that post/page in WordPress, are you seeing any errors or warnings
   from WPSSO related to rejected or missing images?
 * Do you understand those errors or warnings?
 * If not, then which specific error or warning do you not understand?

 * It sounds like this is not obvious to you:
 * **When you edit a post/page in WordPress and WPSSO issues an error or warning
   notice, this means that the meta tags and Schema markup created by WPSSO may
   be incomplete. If there are error or warning notices from WPSSO, you should address
   those errors and warnings.**
 * I have answered this same question, on this same issue, in this same thread,
   several times already – please refer to these replies for additional information
   on providing WPSSO (and Google) with a suitable image.

 * Since I don’t get an answer.
    How to I stop article schema so I don’t have all
   these article errors? Or I will have to delete the plugin because it doesn’t
   work. D

 * The plugin is working as intended – it is letting you know of problems with your
   images. Fix your images or not, that’s up to you.

 * Good morning Js,
    some assistance please I have a similar problem to the writer
   in this thread – traditionally as of 2015 SSO images were set then correctly
   sso resized. The Average library image size for images is 750 px x 1032 px @
   300dpi]. SSO was resizing correctly through all updates until it ‘appears’ to
   no longer is resizing for Facebook and Google. This being sometime in the last
   three updates.
 * I happened to come across the new problem when validating a new product.
    It
   appears that SSO no longer automatically up scales images. It is only available
   for paid subscription. WHY has this been removed? If there is another reason
   please help.
 * kind regards

 * The plugin author wants to fix the blame on his customers instead of fixing the
   problem.

 * Upscaling has always been a Premium feature. If you have SSO notices for images
   being too small / rejected, the notice will explain why, and suggest several
   methods that you can use to correct the situation.

 * [@daves1997](https://wordpress.org/support/users/daves1997/) You’ve reported
   that WPSSO is showing notices for post/page images that are too small and you
   refuse to fix those images or select larger ones. WPSSO is a social and search
   engine optimization plugin – it creates meta tags and Schema markup appropriate
   for social sites and search engines, which includes images of a certain minimum/
   recommended size and aspect ratio. If you prefer not to optimize your meta tags
   and Schema markup, then why use a social and search engine optimization plugin
   in the first place?
