    I just tried to create a new venue and I pasted in the full address of the bar as found on Google Maps (10-12 Call Lane, City Centre, Leeds LS1 6DN).

    Event-O-Matic returns an array and the error:

    Invalid Venue. Check address and resubmit.

Multiple results exist for the address information you have entered. Please add a more specific address.

    I have entered the address as specifically as is possible so I’m not sure what to do in order to successfully add the venue.

    Has anyone else had this problem and is there a workaround?

    IT looks like it is looking for one of those two addresses given. Either 10, or 12. Is this accurate?

    I faced a same problem too. I have entered the correct address and it returns me some code on the page and error message as

    Invalid Venue. Check address and resubmit.

    Multiple results exist for the address information you have entered. Please add a more specific address

    Cab you please fix this ASAP?

    @matthew I have tried entering the address as ’10-12 Call Lane’, ’10 Call Lane’, ’12 Call Lane’ etc and they all return the same error. I don’t really need to be so specific, but I just need to be able to add the venue and for people to know it is on Call Lane, which is one of the most popular streets for bars in Leeds.

    If I can give you any more info in order to fix the issue please let me know. Many thanks for your help.

    There should be an option to add locations without the geo links – many places in Asia don’t have addresses in the western style and that sometimes means we can’t add a venue without inventing some ‘specific’ address.

    Could you post some examples of locations that don’t have addresses?

    I’m not saying places don’t have addresses, what I’m saying is that some Asian addresses (especially in Thailand)are formatted very differently to western ones, and its very common for a large structure (Shopping Malls, Stadiums) to have a street address often without numbers, and such addresses fail more often than succeed. Its very irritating inputting an address you know to be valid only to have it rejected – and there is absolutely no way around this.
    Example: National Stadium, Rama 1 Road, Bangkok; Rajamangala National Stadium, Ramkhamheng Road, Bangkok.

    I just tried a very specific business address (failed,Invalid Venue. Check address and resubmit. Multiple results exist for the address information you have entered. Please add a more specific address.)

    I know 100% that this is a valid and full postal address relating to a specific business.
    Unfortunately, while I like this plug in a lot, I can’t use it.
