 * we are using Contact Form 7 v3.4.2 and having issues with emails not hitting 
   the intended recipient
 * to test we would like an easy way of seeing when the messages are sent and would
   like to have multiple recipients per completed form
 * can we set multiple recipients in the ‘To’ field?

 * Yes you can add multiple email addresses separated by commas (NOT semicolons)
   in the To: field in Mail Section.
