 * How can I asign multiple products for one ticket?
    Now I can just assign one
   product per ticket.

 * Hi [@deweirte](https://wordpress.org/support/users/deweirte/)
 * There are two ways to turn on support for multiple products.
 * If you ran the configuration wizard at the time the plugin was installed you
   were offered the option to turn Multiple Products support. OR
    Go to the TICKETS-
   >SETTINGS->PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT tab and turn on the checkbox next to the MULTIPLE
   PRODUCTS option. Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom and click the SAVE
   CHANGES button.
 * Please check further details here.

 * Hi
 * This setting was already turned on. The thing is that I can only choose one product
   per ticket.. When you go to the ticket > custom fields > product
    But there is
   no option when maybe a customer brings multiple laptops for repair as example
   you can choose “laptop one” + “laptop 2” in the same ticket?
 * Thanks in advance.
