Multiple Problems with Main Menu on Mobile Devices

On a 7″ Hisense table with Android 4.2.1, in horizontal orientation, no menu shows at all. If you scroll down it’s there and works as expected, but since you can’t see the menu at all, you can’t see the downward arrow hint to scroll. In vertical orientation it’s fine.

On a Moto 4G phone w/Android 7.0, in vertical orientation the menu is where expected, but in horizontal orientation the menu is cut in half with only the top showing. When you tap it to open the menu, it does, but it’s all below the bottom of the screen where you can’t see it.

In either orientation the menu malfunctions on items with submenus. When you tap on any part of the menu item except the down arrow, you get a flash of light blue background color which immediately goes back to white, the page moves so that only the top menu item is visible, and the menu item you tapped is left with a border, but no submenu items are visible. If you tap on the arrow itself, like a hotspot, it works as expected.
