Multiple 'Post List' layouts/designs on one site?

    Is there anyway I can have the posts on the home page displayed using the Grid Layout, and post lists elsewhere on the site displayed using the Alternate Thumbnails Layout?

    I’m using Customizr Theme 3.4.20

    In the theme settings under ‘Post List Design’ I have set the layout to ‘Grid Layout’ so the posts on my Home page will display as a grid.

    Elsewhere on the site, I have a category menu item called “Our Team”, for this Post List I’d like to have the excerpts of these articles displayed using the “Alternate thumbnails layout”.

    How could I go about doing this?
