I have multiple popups set up on this page: http://www.johngeery.com/

They are each set to pop when clicked. Unfortunately only the third activates. System info is below. Is there a known bug when used in conjunction with the Salient theme?

@sweetweaver – You may just need to clear your browser cache as all the images appear to be triggering their own popups for me. Or you may have already worked it out.

    Hi again –

I did figure out that if I go to edit any of the popups they stop working. At this point I’m just trying to do each one correctly the first time so I don’t have to edit them. This is not ideal at all, as I am turning this site over to a not-so-tech savvy owner who wants to do the popups himself as he creates new art work.

Is there a workaround for enabling editing after creating a popup? So far I’ve just had to delete the bad ones and create them again from scratch.

    Thanks!

@sweetweaver – Hmm, can you elaborate. I have not seen this issue before. Maybe detail your process (not what settings you use).

To clarify, details like do the saved settings show back up in the form or is it blank, will it let you edit them again but not save, or are you unable to make changes. These would all have drastically different sets of things that could be going wrong.

Also if possible submit a support ticket at https://wppopupmaker.com/support with a set of temporary admin credentials so that we can try to see what is happening exactly helping get a quicker resolution.
