Multiple orders from same bitcoin account address

I have received 3 separate orders today from 3 separate customers. each order seems to have the same bitcoin account address associated with it and are all for the same price. I’m not sure how this is possible or how I am supposed to know who has actually paid! Has anyone else had this problem? What to do?
