Multiple on_sent_ok snippets not working

After updating CF7 to latest version 4.5, my forms with multiple on_sent_ok code snippets stopped working. I have thoroughly checked this by keeping only one on_sent_ok and it works. As soon as I keep the second one, its not working. I use multiple on_sent_ok tags for doing any amount calculations and redirection to Paypal website with the calculated amount. Till 8th of August, calculations & redirections is working but not after that as on 9th Aug, I have updated the plugin to latest version.
