Multiple of same form on page – differentiate

I have a page with a list of ski resorts which have detail info in popup boxes – and I want to add the same contact form to the bottom of each form – to enquire about that property.

it would be good for Staff to know what page / property the person is enquiring about –
I can get the page URL there, but not what popup was accessed –

is it possible to add something to the shortcode, and have that added to the email?
ie

Hotel 1
[contact-form-7 id=”36″ title=”Contact form 1″ note=”Hotel 1″]

Hotel 2
[contact-form-7 id=”36″ title=”Contact form 1″ note=”Hotel 2″]

then have the ‘note’ field show in the email?
