Multiple MU's with different root domains

I am getting ready to manage several WordPress MU’s running sub-domains, each with common root domain.

Example:
product.blogs.domain1.com – First MU Install
product.blogs.domain2.com – Second MU Install
product.blogs.domain3.com – Third MU Install

Each currently on same server and all on same MySql Instance. Currently each with their own database. I have full SSH and configuration rights/permissions =D.

Each of these blogs will go to production very soon, and….. I was wondering if there is a simple way to centralize or manage plugins from one location. Otherwise the management of each plugin for each MU install will be a maintenance nightmare. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated =)
