    Are you using the latest version of the plugin (1.7.11 right now)?

    Nope, we aren’t – have the updates resolved this issue?

    There have been tons of bug fixes, some of which resolve email issues like this in recent versions, but this could be caused by a number of things and doesn’t come up too often. It’s always best to use the latest version of the plugin anyway. Try updating and see if it fixes itself.
