Multiple media requests

My page is making multiple requests each time it loops through a page on a slider. I have used more than one slider and it still occurs. I have WP Super Cache installed and running, have used WP Total Cache, as well as Hyper Cache, however the video is not loaded from cache until about 8-9 requests. My browser cache is enabled and have tried this when logged in and from a separate computer.

This is causing issues for our clients in Asia as the videos are loading several times and slowing down their access to the site.

Please help!
